Prerequisites:

  • Windows VM on VMWare vSphere using a VMXnet3 - Virtual Network Device

( VMWare tools are required to be installed on the VM for the VMXnet3 adapter to work.)

  • Required Virtual Switch settings:
  • Port forwarding to port TCP 5555 on the VPN server VM

(The setup depends on the firewall you use.)
